Zenith Services Inc. offers individualized Care for a wide range of human conditions.  We use customized service plans, and regularly review our clients needs. 


Medicaid services offered:

• Daily living- Bathing and dressing, toileting and incontinence care, personal hygiene and skin care, walking and transferring, help with wheelchairs and walkers
• Light house keeping, laundry, taking out the trash, dusting, dishes, etc.
• Meal preparation, eating, and cleanup
• Assistance with grocery/pharmacy shopping trips
• Transportation to medical appointments

Private Pay clients may choose any from the list of services above, as well as:

• Adult Respite
• Companion services
• Basic pet care feeding, grooming, walking
• Medication reminders
